"Il Baiocco " Restaurant, on the first floor of the hotel, offers an accurate cuisine with the best italian and local dishes, hand made pasta, typical local products. Normally, a full meal includes 2 primo piatto, one main course with side dish, dessert. Wines are produced in the private vineyard, situated in Spello. Meeting room available for 100 people.

Foligno is situated right in the Cenetr of Umbria, close to every place of historical and cultural meaning. Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia are close and reachable in 10-20 minutes. Foligno is the town of Giostra della Quintana and of "I primio d'Italia, a festival dedicated to Pasta and Rice.
